Warranty policy
At Taipan Airguns Shop, we sell only new, original products covered by a valid manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty applies provided the product is used under normal operating conditions. The warranty period starts from the date shown on the purchase invoice. When you buy from any Taipan Airguns store, you benefit directly from the manufacturer’s warranty for that product. During the warranty period, any product supplied by Taipan Airguns is fully covered against manufacturing defects or faults resulting from the production process.
HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST?
The warranty begins on the purchase date indicated on your invoice. For all new products across our shops, the standard warranty period is 2 years.
HOW DO I EXECUTE THE WARRANTY?
If you experience an issue with a product purchased from Taipan Airguns, please contact our customer service team via:

Please provide the following information:
- Your purchase invoice number
- Photos of the product (we may also request a video showing the issue)
Once we receive this information, we will manage the warranty process and keep you informed of its progress. If further details are needed, we will contact you directly.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
The warranty covers problems caused by manufacturing defects, whether in the product components or arising from the manufacturing process.
The warranty may be resolved in one of the following ways, as determined by Taipan Airguns in agreement with the customer:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
The warranty will be void if:
- The rifle has been improperly disassembled or reassembled
- Non-recommended lubricants have been used
- Non-original parts have been installed
- The product shows signs of misuse or abuse
- The product has not been used according to its intended purpose or instructions
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY?
The warranty does not cover:
- O-rings, bolts, seals, springs, cylinder heads
- Damage resulting from user negligence
- Damage occurring during shipping or transportation
- Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance
- Parts subject to normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by using the product on other objects or property
- Any additional related expenses
The warranty does not apply to failures or issues resulting from misuse or modifications made by third parties. Transportation costs are also not included under the warranty.
